Product Description

Cards - each pack includes 100 cards, each card is 4" x 9" and will fit into a WIC folder, #10 envelope or display case. Full color on both sides. Available in English and Spanish.

Most 8 to 10 month old babies like to feed themselves - this is a good time to start finger foods. Choose soft, cooked, chopped or mashed fruits and vegetables, crackers, puffed cereal and pieces of toast. If you are unsure if a food is soft enough, be safe and mash it more. Bring your older baby in his highchair to the family table, and offer a taste of table foods without the salt, sugar and seasonings. Always stay with your baby while he is eating. © Nutrition Matters Inc.
