Use this interactive tear sheet to help clients choose fruits their family can try. Choose fruits on the front, along with a 1 to 2 action steps on the back. Twelve different action steps are provided for clients to choose from, including mixing fruit with yogurt; serving fresh or canned fruit for dessert at dinner; snacking on an apple, banana or pear; and adding oranges or berries to a salad.
Education is based on the concepts from ChooseMyPlate.gov and the 2015-2020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
