Nutrition cards, tear sheets, brochures, books and digital materials incorporate concepts from the 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, ChooseMyPlate, USDA Food and Nutrition Service, American Academy of Pediatrics and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Our team strives to incorporate health literacy and clear communication best practices, inclusive language and visuals that resonate with diverse audiences. The readability level of our nutrition education materials is between fourth to sixth grade levels using Flesch-Kincaid and fifth to eighth grade levels using SMOG Index.
