Offer breakfast, lunch and dinner along with 2 to 3 snacks at about the same times each day. Have family meals and eat together. Set a todler friendly table and let your child feed himself. Let your toddler decide how much he will eat. Do not bribe or force him to eat. Be patient - he may need to try a new food 10 times before he likes the new taste or texture.
