Easy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas for 2 to 5 year old children with lots of colorful pictures. These sheets offer 12 different breakfast ideas, 12 different snack ideas and 10 different lunch and dinner ideas using foods from the five food groups. Examples include foods cut into fun shapes for children, along with a variety of vegetables and fruits to promote the development of healthy eating habits.

Serving sizes based on ChooseMyPlate.gov are shown. Parents are encouraged to let their child decide how much to eat, which may be more or less than the amounts shown. Food safety, along with common foods that may cause choking are listed on the back.
