5. Is sales tax calculated for my order?
Sales tax rates are automatically calculated for orders shipping to addresses in Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, Virginia and California. Sales tax is added at checkout on online orders placed at www.numatters.com based on applicable tax rates.
6. How do I place an order if our agency is tax exempt?
If your order is for a tax exempt agency with a ship to address in a State listed in FAQ 5, please contact customer service at sales@numatters.com or 888-356-5575 to place your order. A copy of your tax exemption certificate will be required.
7. How and when will my order ship?
Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. A street address is required for UPS delivery. International orders cannot be placed on our website. Instead, please call us at 1-715-831-1822 to place an international order.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Large quantity orders can take 3 to 4 weeks. Let us know if you have a specific delivery date in mind. Rush shipping is available for an additional fee. Call us at 888-356-5575 to arrange for rush shipping.
